The Honda HRG466SKEP is expressly designed to get the mowing job done as quickly as possible. Not only that, you'll find the Honda Izy makes mowing a simple, fun process: it is easier to start, handle and operate than many other lawnmowers. The self propelled 18" Izy mower performs well in a larger garden with slopes, trees and other obstacles.
The new Honda Izy HRG 466 SKEP lawn mower features Honda's latest Euro-5 compliant, four-stroke GCVx145 engine producing 145cc. These new engines offer enhanced combustion by creating stronger turbulence inside the chamber, while also being more tolerant to lower quality fuels. All Honda Izys have a new Auto Choke system, offering improved temperature sensing and choke optimisation, for easier starting in the most challenging conditions.
The new range also includes easier access to serviceable parts such as the oil drain and spark plug, a much larger fuel filler cap, and tool-free access to the air filter.

Significant revisions to the second generation Honda Izy model line-up include a redesigned blade which significantly improves ‘cut and collect’ performance as well as reducing noise by 30 per cent. To achieve this, Honda engineers spent six months performing extensive air-flow studies completely redesigning the blade from a clean sheet of paper. Other significant revisions include the introduction of a new auto choke system. Maximising on decades of marine experience, engineers have developed a device based upon technology found on Honda outboards, which allows the engine to operate with optimum efficiency in all conditions

The HRG 466 SKEP lawnmowers have a simple Versamow™ selective mulching switch that opens or closes a door at the back of the cutter deck.
With the exit from the cutter deck open, the cuttings go straight into the collection bag as normal, when no mulching is required. With the mulching switch on, the door is closed, the fine clippings drop down and settle around the grass roots, creating a natural fertiliser.
The Honda Izy HRG466 SKEP lawn mower is a 18" (46cm) self-powered machine and is perfect for the medium to larger lawn, or where there are lots of obstacles, bushes or trees to cut around. With Izy, intuitive operation means there is nothing to learn. Petrol and oil levels are easy to verify.
The pull start is specially designed to be virtually effortless. Flexible, double-lined cables make adjustments easier and more precise.
