Built to work hard over long periods of time, the Virtue 46 SVP petrol self-propelled lawn mower is well equipped with top spec components and well designed features. The aluminium variable speed gearbox, stainless steel drive cables, fully adjustable heavy duty handle bars and a front bumper to provide protection to the steel mower deck are just some of the well thought out features that ensure this lawn mower is robust and long lasting.

You can expect a more than impressive collection performance even in damp weather and even if your grass is long. You can choose from mowing, collecting, mulching or side discharge options. If your grass is long and damp then the side discharge option is the safest by far. You simply open the side cover and install the side ejection deflector, it really is that simple.

If you decide to collect your grass then the generously sized 55 litre grass collector will ensure you don’t need too many trips to the compost heap saving you time and effort. The grass bag has been made using a specially designed fabric for optimum air flow resulting in high collecting performance. If conditions allow and you choose to mulch it's worth noting that the mulched grass is recycled to your lawn where it will act as a rich fertilizer - meaning you won’t need to buy additional grass fertilizing products. You are actually fertilizing your grass as you mow, saving you time, effort and money.

There are 8 cutting heights to select from and they range from a super low cut of 20 right up to a generous 70mm. They are easy to adjust using a central spring assisted lever and give you plenty of options when it comes to how short or long you want your grass to be.

The 46cm / 18 in cutting width is well thought out and will ensure you can cut swiftly and efficiently, yet it remains compact enough to allow you to reach those awkward areas and get up close to flower beds and edges. You will find it easy to maneuver around trees and shrubs and other lawn obstacles, such as table legs and bird tables.
