A high-performance engine ensuring this model has the power for tough jobs is Briggs & Stratton's 675EXi 163cc engine, powering the deck and variable speed drive. The 21753 is an easy model to get up and running too, courtesy of an easy pull recoil system.
Versatile mowing with three cutting methods
This range of lawn mowers benefit from Toro's Recycler system, whereby the clippings are recycled (or mulched) into the lawn for more efficient mowing that's better for the environment and your grass. The clippings are cut and re-cut to a minuscule size so that they simply wilt away and act as a natural fertiliser. You can, of course, also use the large 70 litre collector to bag the clippings for a flawless finish, or can simply discharge them - the choice is yours.

A new deep deck provides improved suction, resulting in higher recycling and bagging performance, while the very fact that it is a steel deck ensures durability and longevity. To change the height of cut, a simple two-point adjustment system is in place.
