Stihl HLA 86 Long Reach Hedge Trimmer Bare Unit
The STIHL HLA 86 professional cordless hedge trimmer from the STIHL AP system is ideal for the efficient maintenance of tall hedges, shrubs and ground cover. The robust EC motor with infinitely variable speed delivers consistently high performance. The cutter bar can be adjusted by 115° for top, bottom or side cuts without tools. The cutter blade, ground on both sides, allows for an attractive, clean cut. The 260 - 330 cm long hedge trimmer has a very long reach and can be folded up to 180 cm for easier transport.
The HLA86 Cordless Long Reach Hedgetrimmer from STIHL is designed for professionals and provides significant range for pruning tall hedges and shrubs as well as giving sufficient reach to trim wide hedges.
Featuring a telescopic shaft, the HLA86 can be extended from 2.6m to 3.3m without the need for tools. Simply twist the rotatable clamping sleeve to easily adjust the length.
The cutter bar is also adjustable through 115° without the need for tools, allowing for head-height, side and ground level cutting.
Featuring a double sided blade, the HLA86 trimmer delivers a precise, clean finish on your hedges and shrubs.
For storage and transportation the cutter bar can be folded up to reduce the length to just 180 cm, whilst fully extended the length is 260-330 cm.
The HLA86 Hedgetrimmer is part of the Stihl AP range, using the AP System batteries and chargers. Stihl recommend using the 36 volt lithium-ion AP 200 battery which provides a working time of up to 144 minutes for the HLA86.
The battery and charger are sold separately.

- HLA86 with AP300S battery 223 minutes
