Stiga Estate 598
For ultimate ease of mowing the Estate 598 with hydrostatic transmission, a 452cc Powered by Stiga engine and 98cm cutting width can manage lawns up to two acres in size. Slick, highly manoeuvrable and with a twin-bladed cutter deck that produces a superb finish to your lawn – what more could you want!
The highly manoeuvrable Stiga Estate 598 garden tractor will be a mighty companion in your quest for the perfect lawn. Compact, yet high performing - this lawn tractor from Stiga comes well equipped with some pretty outstanding features. Equipped with a 98 cm twin-blade deck and a capacious 240 litre collector, this fantastic garden tractor is ideal for gardens of up to 4500 m2 in size.
Offering plenty of features this lawn tractor is durable and strong, thanks in no small part to its cast-iron front axle. Of course, as with all Stiga products it’s been designed to offer a long and reliable service life and is therefore worth every single penny of it’s more than reasonable price tag. The powerful single-cylinder 452cc ST 500 Stiga engine is both reliable and hard wearing and with an anti-vibration system to boot it’s so much more pleasant to work with.
You’ll love the smooth and responsive hydrostatic drive which will feel a bit like driving a small automatic car - fun, safe and practical at the same time. The mid-sized cutting deck will give a pristine finish - and you won’t need to be an expert gardener either - in fact this model is actually perfect for newbie gardeners as it’s so simple to operate.
With the Stiga Estate 598 you can mow the lawn any way you want thanks to a variety of cutting heights (7 in total that range from 25 - 85 mm) together with the choice between bagging the clippings, discharging them or mulching them, giving you plenty of options over how short you cut your grass. The large anti-scalp wheels will make sure your grass is left in great condition, whichever option you choose.
Discharging the clippings is of course the quicker option as you won’t need to empty the grass collector but if you don’t want the grass left on your lawn then it’s off to the compost heap for you! You could always opt for mulching of course - the mulching kit is included, this benefits the lawn as the mulched grass is full of the nutrients that your grass needs to grow strong and healthy, and cuts out the need to buy additional lawn care products.
With a rear-wheel drive and an impressive cutting performance the Stiga 598 should be on everyone’s list this year; the Stiga ergonomic steering wheel and the classic adjustable seat makes it comfortable to work with and with reverse mowing, powerful headlights, a hosepipe fixture-point, an LED dashboard, a cup holder and storage compartment to name just a few practical features, this garden tractor is a dream to drive and a pleasure to own.
Mulching kit and trailer hitch are both included.
